Eat: Min Jiang at One North

Looking for something steamy, savoury and fragrant? Satisfy your craving with some claypot rice at Min Jiang at One North! Master Chef Goh Chee Kong has created five claypot dishes, including mouth-watering Wagyu beef with special sauce, among others. Each claypot offers a generous serving fit for two to four persons and is priced at $24.

Drink: Frozen Sake Cocktails

Enjoy sake served James Bond style: shaken, not stirred. The one-Michelin-starred sushi restaurant at Scotts Square has added a new “east meets west” offering to the menu. Try the frozen umeshu sake – which has umeshu and minced ume plum in it – for $21, or the frozen sake mojito  – which includes sake, syrup, mint and sudachi citrus – for $30. You’ll love the twist Tomomi Ukaji has given to the traditional beverage!
